So I actually finished the book on Monday, but I haven't gotten around to writing anything on it because I've been trying to figure out what to say.
First, I will say that I will not be giving away the ending in this, I will keep it spoiler free for those of you who haven't finished/read it yet and would rather do so then having me tell you the ending of the best series ever.
Second, as stated above, I believe this is the best series of books ever written, at least I feel that way, if you don't like Harry Potter, that is fine. Though, personally, if you haven't read more than the first book I don't feel you have a right to say anything about it because that, to me, means you haven't read anything other than the more juvinel of the books and not the best of them. Those that have only watched movies, I could care less what you think because they are not true to the books so if you think they suck that's because most of them do.
Okay, on to the review!
I felt that this was actually the best book in the series. Many disagree but I think they are just poor sports. Someone died that made them upset or people didn't end up together that they wished had... *harry and hermione have never, and will never get together, get over it, that was started in book 4 people... She's always said Ron and Hermione were going to be together while writing the books* But whatever, I think that is a stupid reason not to like the book. The ending, in my mind, was not as shocking and twist filled as people made it out to be. I knew what was going to happen from a few chapters before the end, but that's just because I've probably read all the books way too much and just had the "gut feeling" more than anything.
The series as a whole? As I've stated above, I think it is one of the best written series ever. Everything ties together, there is no real condradictions throughout and all the books had a real purpose to them and I look forward to finally reading the series straight through from book one through book seven knowing everything that happens and connecting all the dots that have to be connected.
Okay, I really want to give things away, but I won't so I'm going to stop writing now and go work on my own book. I'm motivated to write again...
